* Licorice, Echinacea, Rosehip, Withania, Astragalus, Lemon Balm, Nettle

* Licorice is not suited to those with high blood pressure - please make a note when ordering for an alternative to be used 

Take 1 tsp of dried herb and add 1 cup of boiling water, steep for 5 minutes, strain and drink
1-3 cups per day for best result - leaves can be reused across the day
